Refund Policy

Every new account includes one free full scan. You can upload your drawings and run a complete coordination review — clash detection, missing-information checks, and a findings report — before you subscribe or enter any payment details. We strongly encourage you to use your free scan to confirm the Service fits your needs before paying.

We offer more than one paid plan. Each is a monthly subscription that includes a set allowance of usage — such as a number of projects and sheets per month — with one full scan available free on every new account. Your monthly allowance resets each billing month. If you reach your plan's limit before the month ends, you may be able to purchase an add-on pack or move to a higher plan to continue without interruption.

The available plans, their prices, and exactly what each one includes are shown on our Pricing page and may change over time. Whichever plan and price you select at the time you subscribe or renew applies to that billing period.

When you upgrade to a paid subscription for the first time, you have a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window starting on the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason within those 7 days, contact us and we will refund that first month's subscription fee in full.

This 7-day guarantee applies once, to your first paid month. It does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals (see Section 4) or to add-on packs (see Section 5).

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Because you have access to the full Service throughout each month, monthly renewal payments after your first month are generally non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterward. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a month in which you cancel.

Add-on packs are one-time purchases that extend your usage within your current subscription. Because they unlock immediate additional usage, add-on packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error or usage that was paid for but not delivered due to a fault on our side.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us right away. We will investigate and refund any charge that we confirm was made in error. This applies regardless of the windows described above — correcting genuine billing mistakes is always the right thing to do.

To request a refund or ask a billing question, email us at hello@clashnex.ai from the email address associated with your account. Please include your workspace name and the approximate date of the charge so we can find it quickly.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once processed on our side, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you are on an enterprise, annual, or custom plan under a separate written agreement, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement govern your plan and take precedence over this page where they differ.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that transaction.
